The National Centre for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED) became partner in the European project Information System On pre-Bologna Academic Qualifications (ISOBAQ) funded by Erasmus + action 3, project designed for members of the Network of Centres of national recognition ENIC / NARIC. The project coordinator is the National Center for recognition in Bulgaria – https://nacid.bg/en/about/ and the implementation period is between April 2016 and September 2017.
The project aims to strengthen mutual understanding of different systems of higher education abroad, especialy from central and est-Europe, by building a common database for the collection of templates of education documents (diploma / transcript) issued over time in higher education, before the implementation of the Bologna process. In this project, 7 ENIC/NARIC centers participate, namely Bulgaria, România, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Croatia.
The database is accessible only to staff within the Centers for recognition of the 55 member states of the ENIC/NARIC Network – https://www.enic-naric.net and is a tool used for sharing information, simplifying and improving recognition procedures.
CNRED will collaborate, in this project, with specialized directorates of the Ministry of National Education and higher education institutions in Romania to facilitate the recognition abroad of our graduates diplomas and thus promoting the Romanian Higher Education.
