World Education Services (WES) is a non-profit social enterprise that supports international students, immigrants and refugees to achieve educational and career goals in the US and Canada. WES assesses international educational qualifications, supports the integration of immigrants into the workforce, and provides philanthropic funding to organizations serving immigrants.

Since 2020, WES has implemented an electronic system for verifying study documents to reduce the time required for their recognition.

To this end, WES requires all study documents and university school documents to be electronically signed by CNRED and to be transmitted by CNRED to WES.

Steps to follow:

1. Obtaining study documents and / or university school documents electronically signed by CNRED

In order to obtain electronically signed study documents and / or university school documents, you must follow the procedure accessible through the Point of Single Contact.

2. Transmission of the electronically signed study documents and / or university school documents to WES

In order to send the electronically signed study documents and / or university school documents electronically to WES, you must send a request to the e-mail address cristian.mihailescu@edu.gov.ro and communicate the  reference number obtained from WES as well as the PCUe number by which the documents were electronically signed.

Please note: CNRED sends to WES only the electronically signed study documents and / or university school documents!
